Florida blue crabmeat blended with cream cheese and fresh herbs, wrapped in wonton skins, and fried golden brown ~ served with sweet & sour and hot mustard sauces

Fried Brie
Encrusted with dried cherry and pecan, then fried ~ served with fresh fruit and dried figs, finished with a honey port wine reduction

Bruschetta
Toasted baguette brushed with olive oil and layered with a port wine goat cheese spread, green apple, pickled red onions ~ served with a roasted garlic bulb

Grilled Portabellas
Portabella mushroom caps marinated in balsamic vinegar and char-grilled ~ served with tomato chutney
